Why Chinese Is So Damn Hard？

總之，他們(外國人)覺得中文之所以難是因為... 

1. Because the writing system is ridiculous. 
    因為中文寫作系統很荒謬 
2. Because the language doesn't have the common sense to use an alphabet. 
    因為中文在字母使用上沒有常規 
3. Because the writing system just ain't very phonetic 
    因為中文的寫作系統沒有非常明顯的語音差異 
4. Because you can't cheat by using cognates. 
    因為你不能用同意字或相似的字去猜或蒙混 
5. Because even looking up a word in the dictionary is complicated. 
    即使在字典查出單字意思，還是複雜難懂 
6. Then there's classical Chinese (wenyanwen). 
    還有文言文 
7. Because there are too many romanization methods and they all suck. 
    因為中文裡有很多種不同的羅馬拼音方式會讓你抓狂 
8. Because tonal languages are weird.
    語音的差異很不可思議 
9. Because east is east and west is west, and the twain have only recently met. 
    因為東方就是東方、西方就是西方，東西方相見恨晚
